Who We Are

A Human Initiative,
Not a Corporation

IranAid is a direct humanitarian aid service built on transparency, speed, and direct accountability — not bureaucracy.

Our Origin

What IranAid is

When the conflict between the US and Iran escalated, millions of ordinary Iranian families found themselves caught in circumstances entirely outside their control. Banks froze, prices soared, and international wire transfers became practically impossible due to layered sanctions.

IranAid was created as a direct-action response to that gap. Rather than waiting for institutional solutions, this service uses personal networks, trusted channels, and verified contacts inside Iran to get essential supplies to families who need it — within 48 hours of a purchase clearing.

IranAid is an individually operated humanitarian aid service — not a registered NGO, charity, or institution. It is run by a single person committed to doing something real, documented, and accountable.

Zero platform fees. Every euro you spend goes directly towards the relief package for recipient families. The only deduction is Stripe's standard card processing fee (~2.9% + €0.25), which we absorb where possible.
How We Operate

How a package gets delivered

Every step of the service is designed to be transparent and traceable. Here is exactly what happens when you purchase a package:

Our Values

What we stand for

01

Radical Transparency

Every euro is tracked and documented publicly. No purchase goes untracked — every delivery is receipted.

02

Human Accountability

A real person is responsible for every delivery — not a system, not a committee.

03

Speed Over Bureaucracy

Families in crisis cannot wait weeks. Packages are delivered within 48 hours of payment clearing.

04

Privacy by Default

Recipient family details are never shared publicly without explicit consent.

Important Disclaimers

What we are not

IranAid Relief Pack is not a registered charity or non-profit organization. Payments are for humanitarian aid packages — they are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.

We operate as an individually run humanitarian service. This means we are not subject to the overhead, delays, or institutional constraints of formal organizations — but it also means customers are trusting an individual, not an institution. We take that trust seriously and earn it through documented, public accountability on every delivery.

If you have any concerns or questions about how we operate, please contact us directly.
